Validity and reliability of method
Former demands on the quality of psycho diagnostic methods, instruments and tests dealt with categories of validity in the sense of various types. The contemporary view leans toward standards, validation and reliability as complex processes which should always include "good technique and method" (see: Standards for Psychological and Pedagogic Testing/original in Czech: Standardy pro psychologické a pedagogické testování, Testcentrum, Praha 2001). Our aim is to present findings, facts and analyses, which confirm the method as a helpful one, including the identification of its possible limits.
Evaluation using the method is completely automatic and from the moment the person enters the process up to the processing of the outcome and its evaluation, everything happens inside the central computer (server), which means without any personal influence. Thanks to this we can imply that various users of our method always work with results, which are objective and not subjectively distorted in any way.
