The technique of color word association is used in preschools (kindergartens) as a tool for self-knowledge of teachers or the whole teaching staff. This technique also makes it possible to effectively measure the overall readiness of children to enter preschool or elementary school. The results also suggest the extent to which the child is satisfied with his/her particular preschool, the teaching staff, etc.

Elementary and secondary school students can use color word association technique as a tool for career guidance at www.zkariera.cz free of charge. The aim of this project is to improve the quality of career guidance in the Zlín Region. Project will be developed and tested in a pilot training course focused on career guidance.
The project is focused on improving quality in early education settings through effective evaluation system in selected elementary schools of Jeseník district and through the recognition of weaknesses of the educational process.
The main target of the project is create a system of evaluating schools in the Zlín region. A key activity is to implement diagnostic tools into evaluation process in 57 secondary schools from Zlín Region, in which 7220 students will participate. The project has trained 171 school staff (diirectors and teachers) in the diagnostic evaluation using color word associations.
The technique of color word associations is used by HR specialist, trainers, coaches and also managers for efficient measurement individuals and teams. The measured values of individual or team priorities, team or company culture etc. help in planning of development and education of employees, etc. The technique of color word associations is also used in assessment centers.
