PhDr. Štefan Matula, PhD. – psychologist; Head of Research-Methodical Cabinet educational and psychological counseling and prevention at the Research Institute of Child Psychology and Patopsychology in Bratislava; has over 30 years of experience with research and method of preventing problems with social pathology and optimization of a multi-disciplinary advisory system in education; founding member of the Children's Fund Slovak Republic and chairman since 1991; published more than 150 studies in journals; co-author of professional publications and textbooks; has used the CAmethodethod for over 20 years.

"I consider it to be a gift that I have had the opportunity to systematically observe the successful development and improvement of the color-word association techniques by psychologist Jiří Šimonek senior since 1991. At that time we started using CAmethod as a research tool for measuring internal psychological changes in preventive counseling and psychotherapeutic work with boys who had behavioral disorders. Over the past 20 years, color-word association technique was also very useful to me in other areas of my psychological practice (marriage counseling, Human Resources, expert work...). My clients frequently ask me, what kind of a “test” it is, and I answer that it is a “tomography of the human soul” of sorts. Once they have seen the results, they usually nod in agreement."

Mgr. Karel Opravil- consultant and adviser; counselor in private Counseling center “Angel” for children and adults; has used the CAmethod for over 12 years.

"I have worked with colors for over 12 years. I appreciated the products and the ethics of the authors of the color-word association technique. I used it as director of an educational care center and as Regional Director of Educational and Psychological Counseling Centre in Zlín. I consider the CAmethod to be as a very effective tool when working with a client and his family as a system. I understand the results as a "map" which I observe with the client and on which we select the “road he/she may take and be responsible for."

Mgr. Petra Rohlíková – psychologist and trainer; counselor in a private center with adults; trainer for big multinational companies; has used the CAmethod for over 2 years.

"I use color diagnostics especially in the area of psychological counseling of adults, where it helps me to easily and quickly name things, which the client intuitively knows but has not found the right words for them. The CAmethod quickly initiates the process of work “on oneself”, helps to live a conscious life and maintain balance behavior and dealing with inner energy. I consider it unique that the CAmethod is capable of capturing both the current status development through repeated scanning; not simply the potential, as is the case with most psycho-diagnostics methods... “

Dr. Filip Brodan – Senior Consultant – specialist for HR & Marketing; Managing Director of Zamestnanci.com Ltd. and www.BalanceManagement.com concept; has worked with the CAmethod for over 5 years.

"I have worked with the CAmethod for over 5 years in Human Resources and marketing research areas. I appreciate the simplicity of data scanning regardless of education or experience of respondents, and also the depth and accuracy of information offered in the results. The great added value is that it measures "soft" parameters (motivation, energy, decision making ways), which cannot be measured by any other method. Products which employ the CAmethod supply our clients with very realistic and unbiased results, which become an irreplaceable basis for their decisions."

Ing. Egita Renovica – Senior Consultant - specialist for HR; Human Resource Manager of Zamestnanci.com Ltd.; co-author of the www.BalanceManagement.com concept; more than 20 years of experience with management and HR in multinational companies; has used the CAmethod for over 3 years.

"After 25 years of working experience with people as an employee, then as Manager and Human Resources Manager and even in my day-to-day life, I have reconciled the fact that people only tell me what they want to, what is "safe" for them. All individual sit-downs, interviews, questionnaires, assessment centers, team-building events, satisfaction surveys provided me with a certain amount of information that were valuable, but insufficient to identify "essence facts", both in individuals and teams. It always reminded me of an iceberg, where I can see its top and the sea around it, but miss the nine tenths of the iceberg which were under the surface. Like most Managers, through observation and intuition, experience and even by accident, I have perceived only bits and pieces of what people really think and desire, what motivates them, where they get stuck, and made a lot of managerial and human mistakes. Gradually I became more confident. Unfortunately, this experience is not transferable. Four years ago I met Dr. Filip Brodan, Jiří  Šimonek Sr. and encountered the CAmethod. Initially I was filled with skepticism, distrust. I like colors, but still: colors and words ... How can it work? As for me, my own experience is always the most important thing - so I tried it. And the result?  CAmethod is the only one, which really found out what were the nine tenths of my iceberg concealed below the surface. And it still manages to… CAmethod approaches the individual and his/her interaction with the environment holistically (complexly) and takes into account the variability, movement and development of both factors. CAmethod does not “brand” or “evaluate”, nor does it pigeonhole individuals. It simply shows that any unbalanced interaction with the environment has its advantages and disadvantages, and that it can be changed. Thanks to the CAmethod, when I recruit, coach, train and develop individuals or teams, I know exactly and very specifically:where to start! There is no need for trial and error or wasting one’s valuable time on survey questions to find out what people really think, how they work, what makes them successful or unsuccessful. Last but not least: the CAmethod ensures self-development, which I consider its most valuable contribution."

Mgr. René Hůlek– school psychologist; specialist in school climate and climate of individual classrooms (focuses on active prevention and risk events); counselor of psychological counseling and diagnosis for adults and youths (for example: school maturity evaluation, secondary school selection); has used the CAmethod for over 9 years.

"I have been working with the CAmethod for about 10 years. I originally used its diagnostically supportive and interventional characteristics when dealing with children with behavioral disorders. Gradually I started to work actively with classroom groups and found the CAmethod to be a very effectively tool for identification and direct naming of the group dynamic and also for determining the appropriate intervention procedure in problematic groups.I perceive CAmethod as a functional tool brings to the diagnostic timeline development."

Mgr. Vladimíra Hédlová –special pedagogue; specialist for the elementary schools and Ministry of Education and counselor in pedagogic-psychological counseling; has used the CAmethod for over 6 years.

"I have been working with the method since 2005. Currently I use the evaluation results in my work for elementary schools and the Ministry of Education. The CAmethod helps me present objective results, which is valuable to me. Pedagogues have the possibility to use this information in their personal development, development of pupils, and finally the development of the whole school. That is by no means a small success…"

Mgr. Vera Veitová – consultant, lecturer and co-author of diagnostic aid tools for nursery schools; has used the CAmethod for over 4 years.

"I first encountered the color-word association method 4 years ago. I was immediately interested and because I believe in "love at first sight", I scanned myself, and the members of my family. Frankly, during the consultation I was shocked at what it was possible to find out through the diagnostics. It was so incredibly accurate and deep. Therefore I decided to work with the CAmethod and am still faithful to it. Every day I marvel at how accurate, thorough and revealing it is, and at how it helps people. I also consider meeting Jiří Šimonek Sr., psychologist and author of the method, as one of the most inspiring moments of my life."

PhDr. Ivana Musilová – Senior Consultant - specialist for the marketing research, Marketing Research Manager of ColourMind.com; more than 15 years of work experience in marketing research in multinational projects; has used the CAmethod for over 2 years.

"The CAmethod led me to a new type of information. Through using it I can five my clients answers, which they could never get before. In addition, I don’t have to use expensive scanning techniques (FMRi, SST). When compared with the traditional approaches, this is the biggest difference I see: online processing allows the use of emotional diagnosis as an objective method of measurement on representative samples. Psychometric segmentation gives answers on how customers think about products, advertising, prices, etc., why some concepts do not work and how they possibly could… The method provides very specific, un-stylized emotional arguments and suggestions for establishing the contents and forms of advertising and the whole communication. This projective technique is validated via a huge sample and continuously monitored in terms of norms. Stylization of the respondents’ answers is minimal. The CAmethod is very apt at sensing changes over the time."

Mgr. Pavel Hyťha – psychologist, coach, facilitator; career management counselor in banking sector; has used the CAmethod for over 2 years.

“My first experience with color-word association test was in 2009 via the Balance Management concept by Zamestnanci.com. Since then the method has caused many interesting and emotional moments of revelation both to me and the people and groups that went through their results with me. In my practice and in the company I work for I use the CAmethod to uncover subliminal, irrational and emotional stereotypes in thinking and behavior. The most common form of use is when I do coaching, consultation for personal development and verification of progress in the implementation of individual development plans, or when I organize self-discovery courses. Unlike the classic personal tests, the CAmethod offers the advantage of describing the reality as it is, not as it should be."

Mgr. Silvia Houšťavová - psychologist, methodologist; specialist for prevention of risk behavior of children and youths in the Pedagogical-psychological Counseling Center in Olomouc region; has used the CAmethod for over 6 years.

"My professional life has been linked to the CAmethod since 2006. As a specialist on work with classroom groups, I very intensively use one of the specific products of this unique method, which is called “Classroom in crisis”. It allows me to offer our clients feedback on the internal dynamics in their classroom groups and allow them to observe events, which they are more or less aware of. This gives them the opportunity to initiate the necessary changes."

Mgr. Marie Šťastná – psychologist; Director of Pedagogical and Psychological Counseling Centre in the Ústí region;co-author of products used in education (verified in the Ústí region); initiated the application and analytic training of the CAmethod (in Ústí region since 2005); organized the first national CAmethod conference” (in Teplice in 2006); leads a private consulting practice for adults; has used the CAmethod for over 10 years.

"I have intensively worked with the color-word association method, which is based on neurophysiologic principles of the functioning of the brain and the human psyche, since 2002. I use the CAmethod very often in my practice because is effective both to me and the client – it allows the problem to be uncovered and named, gives me information on the client’s inner potential, his/her energy, the quality of his/her decision-making processes, his/her readiness to change… At the same time it leads the client to his/her maximum participation and active approach to solving problems, enables him/her to perceive his/her situation. I consider such a link between the diagnostic and interventionist approach to be very useful, authentic, effective and efficient."

Mgr. Taťána Bagári – external consultant and lecturer, coach and mediator; specialist for education and personal development issues for Moravia region; has used the CAmethod for over 4 years.

"The first time I learned about the CAmethod was when I worked on a project where my responsibility was to organize the training program for the management of elementary schools in Zlín and Vysočina regions. At that time I was looking for a functioning evaluation tool to use in schools, and the CAmethod was recommended to me. Because of my initial distrust,we both (me and the project manager) went through analysis using this method. I was surprised by the amount of information on myself that if offered me. This experience was so valuable to me that I offered the method to schools within the project and gradually the CAmethod became part of my profession."
